About Us
MAGIL MOTHER & CHILD is a non-profit organization founded in 2023. If focuses on maternal, newborn and child health, women and children’s rights and women empowerment.
We recognize the many challenges women and children go through in the Northern part of Ghana; due to lower socio-economic, poor access to health services, education and low levels of female empowerment. This invariably contributes significantly to poor quality of life, poor obstetric and neonatal outcomes and many adolescent problems such as substance abuse, etc.

Our vision is a world where every mother, and child has access to quality health care leading to healthier families and communities. We strive to create sustainable solutions that ensures no mother or child is left behind in their journey of health and happiness.
Primary Focus
Our primary focus is to improve health, women empowerment in northern Ghana and the subregion as a whole, improving drastically the health of women and children.
Team
Our team is composed of passionate experts in maternal, newborn, and child health, women’s rights, and empowerment, who are dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by women and children in Northern Ghana and driving positive change in the region through advocacy, education, and community-based initiatives aimed at enhancing health outcomes and quality of life.
