CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING AND AWARENESS IN THE DAFFIAMA-BUSIE-ISSA DISTRICT OF THE UPPER WEST REGION. Education on cervical cancer and free screening done for over 200 women in the district in collaboration with the district health directorate and sponsorship from P&W Ghanem

7TH-10TH MAY 2024:
UPDATING OF MIDWIVES IN THE WA MUNICIPALITY ON SOME OBSTETRIC EMERGENCIES. About 80 midwives were taken through management and hands on training on some obstetric topics that included antenatal care, high risk pregnancies, hypertensive diseases in pregnancy, partograph usage, management of retained placenta etc. The training was done by an obstetrician gynaecologist and medical officers. It was done with sponsorship and collaboration from the Wa municipal health directorate.
